1) ICD (International Classification of Diseases):

2) CPT (Current Procedural Terminology):Developed by the American Medical Association (AMA), CPT codes are used to describe medical procedures and services performed by healthcare providers in the United States. These codes are used for billing and insurance purposes.

3) HCPCS (Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System):HCPCS codes are used primarily for Medicare and Medicaid billing in the United States. They include a wide range of services, medical equipment, supplies, and services not covered by CPT codes.
